Health and Medical benefits through a national carrier - an employer sponsored group health plan for which you cannot be denied coverage because of any type of pre-existing conditions. You pay the same great low rate, which in some instances is at least 20% less than individual or association group coverage, irrelevant of your age. And because it is an employer sponsored group health plan, COBRA benefits would allow you to continue in the plan for a period of time if you or your spouse find yourself without work.
401(k) plan that will allow you to set aside up to 10% of your W-2 wages towards retirement, with a maximum of $12,000 in 2003.
Deferred compensation plan that allows you to defer 15% of your W-2 wages and up to 100% of any bonuses. Your deferred amounts even earn interest at the rate of 4% for every 12 months the amounts stay deferred.
Child care program that allows you to receive expense reimbursements for up to $5,000.00 of child care costs per year. Both parents must be working and expenses must be accompanied by valid proof of payment.
Tuition costs, seminars and training expenses are eligible for reimbursement. The education or training must be in a field that is related to the your work. The reimbursement is made with pre-tax dollars from your account.
